Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods—new launches, restocks, holidays—processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout apply after your order has been processed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Most U.S. orders arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.
Prettily Beauty is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Delivery issues caused by USPS/UPS

We cannot change your address once an order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our facility, any delivery updates or delays are controlled by the shipping carrier.
For questions regarding a late or missing package, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Prettily Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your order, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
